- 1/2 cup Nut Butter or Grass-fed Butter
- 1/2 cup Liquid (water, milk, yogurt or juice)
Using a spatula, press flat, then cut 8 Bars. Or Mix, Roll, Have a Ball! Store sealed & chilled. Alternate recipe: Simply add 2/3 cup mashed bananas (2 medium sized).
