No bake Apples & Peanut Butter Protein Balls
- Creation Nation, Energy Bite Mix
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Mix, roll, and have a ball! Makes 24 (store sealed & chilled).
Optional - add 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped apples (fine to medium) for added crunch in each bite, or chopped dried apples for a more chewy texture.
