It’s hard to find a more deliciously classic combo than apples & peanut butter! So we put them together in this easy, nutritious protein ball recipe. Perfect for breakfast or after school snacks. I mean, isn't every occasion perfect for apples & peanut butter protein balls? We think so too :)

No bake Apples & Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Mix, roll, and have a ball! Makes 24 (store sealed & chilled). 

Optional - add 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped apples (fine to medium) for added crunch in each bite, or chopped dried apples for a more chewy texture.
