Karen Nation, Founder & CEOHello, I'm the Founder of Creation Nation and a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist whose passion for food as medicine has been growing since childhood. I grew up in foster homes where families were unable to accommodate my food allergies, so I skipped meals or ate unhealthy options. I whole-heartedly understand that our taste & nutrition needs are not one size fits all. Rather than settling for expensive bars & bites full of sugars, preservatives, and ingredients I didn’t want, I started to make my own instead. My clients loved my recipes and wanted to make their own too (for the same reasons we all love making smoothies: Fresher, healthier, more delicious, customizable and fun). But there wasn’t an easy way to DIY bars & bites, so I set out on a mission to change that! I want to give ultimate control back to YOU whether Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free, Keto, or simply taste & health conscious.
