No-bake Trail Mix Protein Balls (Gluten Free, Vegan)

SWEET + SALTY are a match made in Heaven with this mouth-watering DIY Trail Mix Protein Ball recipe! Luckily these are no-bake so you can give your oven a break this summer, or make them from anywhere you set up camp. A perfect stay-at-home snack, or hiking trail pick-me-up (without the sugar crash of processed, packaged bars).

TRAIL MIX PROTEIN BALLS RECIPE (Gluten Free, Vegan)

  • 1 package No-bake Energy Bite Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter, or sunflower seed butter
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup dried cranberries (apricots, cherries, raisins)
  1. Mix & mash with a fork. 
  2. Roll 12 to 24 balls.
  3. Store sealed & chilled, or take to the trails!

Switch it up with dried apricots, cherries or raisins… whatever you’ve got in your pantry & will have fun with!
