TRAIL MIX PROTEIN BALLS RECIPE (Gluten Free, Vegan)
- 1 package No-bake Energy Bite Mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter, or sunflower seed butter
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup dried cranberries (apricots, cherries, raisins)
- Mix & mash with a fork.
- Roll 12 to 24 balls.
- Store sealed & chilled, or take to the trails!
Switch it up with dried apricots, cherries or raisins… whatever you’ve got in your pantry & will have fun with!
