Uplevel a classic holiday recipe with our easy No-bake Cookie Mix! These festive CHOCOLATE BOURBON BALLS will knock your stockings off. While most Rum Ball recipes call for corn syrup and other questionable ingredients, ours are gluten free, refined sugar free, and plant based.
You can use whiskey or bourbon or rum. This "adults only" recipe is so delicious you'll want to make them every weekend for your favorite friends ;).
EASY NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE BOURBON BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- Creation Nation, No-bake Cookie Mix
- 1/4 cup Rum, Whiskey or Bourbon (approx 2 shots. We’ve enjoyed them with Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, as well as Four Roses Bourbon)
- 1/3 cup Pecan or Almond Butter (we used NuttZo, another woman-owned brand)
- Optional: powdered sugar or cocoa to "dust" your balls with :)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix and roll 16. Or skip the rolling and use a spring-release cookie dough scoop.
- Feeling fancy? Roll the balls in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins to firm up. Store chilled and sealed in a container.
