NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER COCOA PROTEIN BALLS, by our talented friend @rachlmansfield, makes more than 24 (enough for a game day party!). But we won't judge if you make them all for yourself!
There are endless ways to customize recipes using Creation Nation's Protein Bar Mix. Here is one of the most simple creations to kick things off and score big!
INGREDIENTS
- Creation Nation Protein Bar Mix (Peas, Love & Cocoa)
- 3/4 cup water or milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
- 1/3 cup sweetener (maple, agave, or mashed banana etc)
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all of the above ingredients in a medium sized bowl and Mix with a fork.
2. Roll bite-sized balls.
3. Have a Ball!
They will firm up more if placed in fridge for 20 mins. Optional: drizzle with extra PB. Or for Protein BalliPops, insert skinny pretzel sticks and dip the protein pops in Creamy PB.
