ICED CREAM FILLED COOKIE BARS -
No-bake Cookie Mix
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup Nut Butter
Mix in a medium sized bowl, then press dough flat onto parchment paper about 1/2 inch thick.
Top with Whipped Cream (we used Zuma Valley’s coconut whip). Freeze for 1 hour.
Cut into squares. Cover with Melted Dark Chocolate.
Freeze again for 15-30 mins to set the chocolate.
