- Paleo Energy Bite Mix - Cocoa for Coconuts
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Grass-Fed Butter or Ghee
1/4 Cup Raw Unfiltered Honey (If using filtered honey, reduce water to 2 Tbls)
- Mix in a medium-sized bowl with a fork.
- Then with your hands, roll bite-sized balls.
- Place balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for 20 minutes. ENJOY!
Vegan Chunky Monkey Bars
- Vegan Protein Bar Mix - Peas Love & Chocolate
- 1 Cup mashed Bananas (@ 3 medium to large bananas)
- 1/4 to 1/3 Cup Chunky Nut Butter
- 2T Agave (optional)
- Mix in a medium-sized bowl with a fork. C'mon muscles!
- Then with your hands, roll bite-sized balls. Or with a spatula, press into a square container and cut 8 bars. ENJOY!
