No-bake Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Bars (Gluten Free. Paleo Friendly)
INGREDIENTS
- 2 smashed bananas (1/2 to 2/3 Cup)
- 1/4 cup Ghee or grass-fed butter
- Creation Nation Chocolate Chip Protein Bar Mix
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix the above ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
2. Press mixture flat in a square container.
3. Cut into 8 or 9 Bars and enjoy!
Bars will firm up more when chilled. Store sealed & chilled for 5-7 days (or freeze for longer storage since these are made with fresh fruit).
