Well you've come to the right place because we have a vegan, gluten free, banana bread recipe that will have you eating banana bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kicker? You don't even have to turn on your oven -- it's no-bake!
INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup mashed banana (about 2 medium bananas)
1/3 cup coconut oil, or grass-fed butter (can substitute any nut or seed butter too)
optional to add chopped walnuts (our mix is botanical nut free)
DIRECTIONS:
Roll bite-sized Balls with your hands. Or smash mixture in a sealable container (about 5x5 to 7x7). Refrigerate for 15 to 30 mins. enJOY!
