This protein ball recipe is simple and simply delicious! I enjoy these with a cup of tea for breakfast, or a healthy evening treat instead of a cookie. Get into these Almond Shortbread Protein Bites and you'll know why it's one of my favorite recipes!
- Creation Nation No-bake Protein Bar Mix (chocolate chip)
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup almond butter (crunchy or creamy)
With a fork, mix ingredients together in a mixing bowl, then roll dough into bite-sized balls. That's it!
Makes 12 to 24 depending on the size you roll. Store them sealed & chilled. Bites will firm up when chilled, but if you like them softer you can eat them room temp like cookie dough balls.
