Creation Nation’s No-bake Vanilla Cookie Mix is a flawless marriage of blanched almonds, organic toasted coconut & coconut flour, organic golden flax, organic vanilla and @lakanto powdered sweetener. All you add is lemon juice & butter.
With 0g sugar and an indulgent taste, they will quickly be your favorite cookie this summer! No baking or wedding required ;)
INGREDIENTS
- Creation Nation Vanilla Cookie Mix
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter or ghee
- powdered sweetener for sprinkling on top
Mix together the first 3 ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Roll 16 bite sized balls, or use a spring-release cookie dough scoop for perfectly pretty cookies.
Dust with powdered sweetner (we used Swerve) Â Â Â Cover and chill cookies for 30 mins before enjoying. Store extras sealed & chilled.Â
