Our No-bake Samoa Cookie Bark was inspired by my favorite coconut caramel cookies when I was a Girl Scout đ.  Quick easy and no bake cuz thatâs how Creation Nation does snacks :). Gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and naturally sweet, but not missing any of the incredible deliciousness we love in a Girl Scout Cookie! I hope you love it tooâŠ
SAMOA COOKIE BARK
đ„„ Â Creation Nation Energy Bite Mix, Oat Chocolate Chip
đŻ 1/2 cup honey or maple
đ§ 1/2 cup creamy cashew or almond butter, or softened butter
đ« Melted dark chocolate bar for topping (helps to melt it with 2 Tbls coconut oil or butter in order to thin it out and be spreadable)
Press your dough flat onto a cookie sheet until itâs about 1/8â thick. Cover with your melted chocolate. Chill or freeze for 30 mins until set. Crack into pieces (so satisfying) and enjoy!Â
