Here's how to make the easiest no-bake PB&J Protein Balls...
- 1 bag Vegan Energy Bar Mix
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (or any nut/ seed butter)
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Organic Preserves
1. In a mixing bowl add the Energy Bar Mix, Peanut Butter, and Water and mix with a fork. C'mon muscles!
2. Roll bite-sized balls, then press ball flat like a cookie.
3. Spread jam or jelly on half of the "cookies" and make a "sandwich" using the other half as toppers
