You only need 3 ingredients for our gluten free, grain free Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Balls Recipe. Each ball is 5 to 6g protein, low in sugar, a good source of fiber, and full of grass-fed whey protein & organic superfoods.
INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup canned pumpkin pie mix (the sweetened & spiced kind)
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup cream cheese
- Creation Nation Protein Bar Mix "Whey Hip Chocolate Chip"
DIRECTIONS
Stir together the cream cheese and pumpkin pie mix, then add Creation Nation's No-bake Protein Bar Mix.
Roll bite-sized balls and store sealed & chilled in an air tight container. Ready to eat immediately, or allow to chill for 30 to 60 minutes to firm up. Makes 24.
