INGREDIENTS
- Protein Bar Mix "Whey Hip Chocolate Chip"
- 1/2 Cup Tropical Juice or 2/3 Cup Yogurt (Pineapple & Banana is our fave)
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Using a fork, mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl until evenly moist. Work those muscles!
- Press the mixture into a sealable container, or onto a flat surface, and cut 8 bars.
That's it! We told you it was easy. ;) Store sealed & chilled. Bars will last 1-2 weeks depending on the expiration date of your yogurt.
