NO BAKE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
- Creation Nation, No-bake Cookie Mix (chocolate)
- 1/4 cup cream (or any milk of choice)
- 1/3 cup ghee or butter (soft or melted)
- 1 tsp flaked or course sea salt for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix first 3 ingredients together in a medium sized bowl with a fork.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon-drop method to put 16 cookies onto a sheet pan (the texture will firm up to be "truffle-like" in the fridge).
- Garnish with sea salt
- Chill or freeze until set (about 30 to 45 mins). Store extras sealed & chilled
