So here’s one of our most pop-able snack-able no-bake recipes. They’re low sugar, gluten free, plant-based, and perfect for anytime of the work day.
WORK FROM HOME SNACK BITES
- Creation Nation Vegan Energy Bite Mix
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup sunflower seed butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1 to 2 Tbls agave or honey
Mix, roll, and have a ball! Makes 24. You can also press flat and cut into bite-sized squares instead. Store sealed & chilled for up to two weeks.
